Where other dentist told us there\u2019s no hope they would be able to do anything due to age related non compliance and sent us to Cork for a general anaesthesia option (with an over 6 months waiting list), Susan was able to gradually built my child\u2019s trust by engaging with him, explaining, reassuring and getting him to built up his tolerance level to a point where he was able to get on with a local anaesthetic and subsequent treatment.
