From the moment I arrived in Reception until I was leaving, I was treated with such great care and kindness. I got a wonderful warm welcome from Daniel in Reception who put me completely at ease. He has exceptional customer service skills and is a joy to meet. Susan, the Dentist, was equally as welcoming. She is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me in great detail.
